DIANE WATKINS – Property Consult retains the ownership and exclusivity of all intellectual property rights created through all texts, writings, documents, images, photographs and/or videos found within the Property Consult website or any of the latter’s documentation (“the Protected Content”). Except with the express consent of DIANE WATKINS – Property Consult, no person or entity shall be entitled to copy, display, distribute, transmit, transfer, reproduce or otherwise use such Protected Content.

Any person or entity found to be wrongfully using any of the Protected Content shall be subjected to all legal measures as DIANE WATKINS – Property Consult may be advised.

During exchanges, it is likely that personal data shall be exchanged between the agents of DIANE WATKINS - Property Consult and its clients (“Shared Personal Data”).

In this regard, both DIANE WATKINS - Property Consult and its clients shall ensure that at all times all processing of the Shared Personal Data shall be done in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation, Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (“GDPR”), the Mauritian Data Protection Act 2017; and any laws that replace, extend, re-enact, consolidate or amend any of the foregoing.

Except as required by the applicable law in Mauritius, both DIANE WATKINS - Property Consult and its clients shall process each part of the Shared Personal Data for no longer than such processing is necessary and shall thereafter confidentially dispose of all such data.
